Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Join a vibrant team as a School HR Manager at an outstanding school trust in Waltham Forest! We're seeking an energetic HR professional to be the cornerstone of our HR support system. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our HR operations, from recruitment to retention, ensuring a seamless experience for our staff.

As the linchpin of the HR initiatives, you'll lead the charge in operational activities and policy development, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal standards. You should be adept in fostering relationships, champion HR initiatives, and embody the school's values.

Our ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification, coupled with a robust understanding of HR policies and employment law, particularly within the education sector. Experience in staff recruitment is paramount.

HR Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead operational HR activities and policy development to maintain smooth functioning.
• Provide comprehensive HR support to the Senior Leadership Team and all staff members.
• Cultivate relationships, support employees directly, and coordinate HR initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional service to students, staff, and parents, reflecting our ethos and values.
• Lead by example, foster teamwork, and promote corporate policies.

HR Manager Requirements:

• CIPD Level 7 qualification preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Proven track record in managing staff recruitment processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
