Experienced Psychology Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility and more. Early Career Teachers will be enrolled onto the schools very own bespoke ECT induction, as well as work alongside a range of young & experienced Psychology Teachers.

Psychology Teacher / Psychology ECT Job Description:

• Outer London Pay Scale MPS1-UPS3 £34,514-£51,179,
• Deliver high-quality and engaging Psychology lessons to pupils across KS3 and KS4,
• Plan and prepare lessons, ensuring they are well-structured and meet the needs of all pupils,
• Prepare pupils for exams, including setting regular assessments and providing feedback on progress,
• Attend and contribute to department meetings and school-wide CPD opportunities.
