We are currently looking for a new Recruitment and Administrative Assistant to join our award-winning digital marketing agency, based in Bedford. This is a hybrid position (3 days working in the Office and 2 days working from Home)

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of recruitment and administrative activities as part of the wider People Department.

Your role will involve working closely with the People Manager, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, assisting in the development of job descriptions, and posting job vacancies on various platforms.

You will play a crucial role in the candidate screening process and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

In addition, you will also contribute to supporting the People & Development Coordinator with administrative tasks including but not limited to training and development, the smooth running of the office and office facilities, HR activities such as onboarding new starters and assisting with the implementation of health and safety and overseeing the company’s charity program.

Your communication skills will be vital in conveying the organisation's values and creating a positive working experience for employees

This role requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills. As a vital member of the People team, your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
