Do you have previous Multidrop delivery experience and the ability work well under pressure? Are you a well organised individual with the capability to prioritise conflicting workloads?

KCS Education are looking for a punctual and reliable individual to join their team, delivering educational supplies throughout Kent to our KCS customers. The successful candidate will need to be able to work on own initiative and keep customer satisfaction at the forefront of their mind.

Key duties -

• Ensure that any vehicle operated is safe to drive before setting off on a journey, conducting walk around checks of the vehicle before commencing any journey. Assume responsibility for reporting any vehicle defects to the Transport Manager
• To deliver orders to our KCS customer’s as per customer’s instructions whilst adhering to departmental service standards
• Complete delivery paperwork in full to legible standards, reporting any discrepancies and customer feedback at debrief
• To comply with all relevant road transport legislation including EU rules on drivers’ hours and tachographs, the Road Transport (Working Time) Regulations and the Road Traffic Act

• Ensure that the Transport Manager or an authorised deputy is made aware of any endorsements or changes to driving license entitlement, factors such as medical conditions or age restrictions that may affect ability to drive

What we need from you -

• Previous Multidrop delivery experience
• Current Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Cat C1 License
• Strong geographical knowledge of Kent, Sussex and London areas
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
