The Role and Responsibilities: As Lead Designer you will be responsible for all research, visual design and interaction design for one or more major line of businesses. Key responsibilities include: Lead UX, design and research strategy for a multi-million pound lines of business Own visual identity and design execution for a range of products visited by over a million users per annum Organisation and delivery of customer research for team contributing to ROI for £50K+ annual investment in customer research Helping to plan our workflows and gathering key information to help us unearth true insight will be critical in helping CAVU achieve its commercial goals and cement its place as the leading airport product and services company in the world Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centered designs that align with CAVU's vision and goals. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 Years design experience of hands-on experience in UX design, including designing for web and mobile applications. Experience in line managing numerous Designers within a team.
