Location: Orsett with some travel to sites in the UK
Contract: Permanent 
Hours: 8.30am to 17.00pm

We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our growing in-house IT Team.

Key Accountabilities

• Helpdesk 1st & 2nd Line (Remote and in-person)
• Escalating to 3rd line where necessary
• Accurate asset management of IT hardware using provided tools
• Windows client support (Windows 10 & 11)
• VoIP and Mobile Device Support
• PC / User / Application Support
• Office 365 Support
• Deployment and Assignment of new hardware
• Cleanup of returned hardware
• On-site troubleshooting and installation of equipment when required

• Full UK Driving License
• Mobile Iron
• JAMF (Wandera)
• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• Basic Microsoft Server OS & Hyper-V
• Cisco Meraki
• Powershell or other coding languages
• Network cable termination
• Cable infrastructure routing
• Papercut Print Management
