We wish to appoint an Associate Assistant Principal to oversee behaviour in the school. The job entails working collaboratively with students, parents/carers and staff to promote positive behaviour and to help students overcome barriers to learning such as challenging behaviour. To mentor, support and train staff to implement behaviour interventions and ensure a consistent approach. To be responsible for keeping and updating records and analysing the data to enable action plans and strategies to be implemented to ensure improvements. You will work closely with our Vice Principal who oversees Expectations and Wellbeing and the behaviour/pastoral teams.
