Job description
Recruitment Administrator required to cover staff leave for a few weeks holiday.
This may be extending to an ongoing assignment, with the option to go permanent for the right candidate with training and career progression plan.
Weekly pay
Parking on site
Office based role
Core hours - Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm - we would consider part time or flexible working hours
Pay depending on experience
Training provided on CRM systems
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, professional with excellent attention to detail and a confident telephone manner to join our team in Waterbeach, Cambridge.
As our Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the recruitment team through the management of our CRM system.
- You will be calling and sourcing potential applicants and supporting the management of our online presence through various platforms.
- You will use your knowledge and skills to provide excellent levels of customer service to our clients and applicants.
- You will use your expertise to support the management and the optimisation of our recruitment process to ensure our vacancies are accurate at all times.
- You must have attention to detail and excellent administration skills including being able to multi-task.
- You may get involved with temporary workers timesheets, working hours, pay and shift allocation.
- You must be a great communicator, reliable and trustworthy.
- Driving Licence (preferred).
