Senior Fitter
Location: Predominately in London
Industry: Bespoke Architectural Finishes within the lift industry
Manufacture and Installation (Elevator and Escalator)

Our client is a leading company in the elevator and escalator industry, specializing in Bespoke Architectural Finishes as well as metalwork and woodwork manufacture and installation. Based in Kent, they are committed to high-quality workmanship and professional conduct.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Fitter to assist our team primarily in London. Reporting directly to the Installation Supervisor, you will be working with lift interiors to ensure the finest finish to lift car interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site presence fitting lift interiors, architraves or escalator balustrades.
• Quality assurance of projects
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving on site
• Coordination with other fitters on site
• Communication with Office and Installation Supervisor as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lift or escalator finishes fitting is preferable, however having a background within shop fitting or carpentry would be discussed.
• Having a CSCS card would be advantageous
• EOR 202/204 certification is a plus, but training can be provided
• Full UK driving license is preferable

Skills:

• Problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and attend training courses
• High standard and safe driving skills
