Job description
Atlantis Medical have an ongoing contract for a Band 6 Ocupational Therapist who has experience of working with older adults, worked as part of a rehab team and community or hospital experience.
Asap start
The role involves Initial assessment, OT assessment , rehab care plans , case manager and part as patient of the MDT, equipment assessment, manual handling and review, cognitive assessment joint working with PT
