Position: Lettings Negotiator

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (1 in 2 weekends)

Benefits: Car required (petrol reimbursed)

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the success of our client. This is not your typical agency position - you will be working directly for the developer, allowing you to be at the forefront of exciting projects and innovations. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements with prospective tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the developer's team to stay informed about upcoming projects and available properties.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the letting process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car (petrol expenses reimbursed).
• Motivated, ambitious, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing company.
