The Company

An exciting opportunity to join a successful manufacturing business who provide a prestigious product both B2C and B2B, selling via retailers and direct. We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fully office based role, in Princes Risborough.

The Role

This is a hands-on, busy role in which you will assist the Marketing Manager in all aspects of the marketing mix, working across a wide range of customer, product and marketing projects in the retail environment, including market research, product launches, training and event management. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with the introduction and launch of new products, providing detailed ‘internal briefs’ and ‘selling scripts’ to effectively promote the unique benefits, marketing stories and strategies / reasons behind the development.
• Liaise with the Marketing Services Assistant and Agencies to manage the co-ordinated development of aspects of branding, marketing communications and publicity.
• Help identify ways to increase profitable market share by developing unique customer value propositions and unique customer experiences.
• Working in close co-operation with other functions, particularly sales, NPD, technical and customer services.

About You

We are ideally looking for either an experienced Marketing Exec or a Marketing Graduate with at least 2 years’ experience, who can grasp the role quickly retaining knowledge of a portfolio of products. Key skills and attributes:
