Job description

Our client is a privately owned M&E contractor that provides Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design, through to supply, installation and commissioning to various sectors including Healthcare, Commercial and Education sectors

They are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to manage a project based Surrey from cradle to grave.

Key skills and experience required:

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, from estimation through to final completion & handover accounts
• Estimating
• Carrying out variation costs
• Raising monthly applications
• Procuring materials and sub–contractors
• Project Management from values GBP1,000.00 – GBP1.5 million
• Managing Employees, Sub–Contractors & Agency Labour
• Carrying out all H&S project duties including raising and issuing site specific RAM S
• Preparing and issuing Manuals and overseeing all commissioning
• Attending site meetings
• Liaising with clients and building relationships
