This role sits within our Stadia division, catering to fans & visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK

What you'll be doing...

We are looking for an experienced Casual Chef to join the team here at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium ahead of our busy upcoming rugby season.

Where no two days are the same at Scottish Rugby Hospitality, it's an exciting time to be part of an established team where we are renowned for hosting large-scale events, high-profile rugby matches, and performances by global icons. If you are an experienced Chef or looking for more experience in the industry this is a great time to be part of the team!

As a Chef you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the food is to the highest standard
• Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
• Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer
• Offer a warm and friendly service
• Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed

Working Pattern: Match days and as per business needs on a casual basis

As part of our casual team we are offering a salary of up to £16.00 per hour depending on experience .

We also offer a very competitive match-day, day rate for the Six Nations Championships and Autumn Internationals
