Hours of work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary : Up to £47,500 DOE plus bonus
Due to continued growth and internal promotions we are delighted to share that we have a new exciting opportunity to join the business as Service Manager for our Bournemouth branch.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and coach the team to offer a first-class, flexible service to customers
- Work closely with DAF aftersales department, ensuring their procedures are strictly adhered to
- Take financial responsibility for profit and loss, budget, KPIs and for site management.
- Build relationships with all customers based on trust and integrity
- Key account management, maintaining and building positive working relationships with customers and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage the team effectively, ensuring the department is always adequately staffed and all issues are dealt with
- Ensure that DAF/Fiat dealership standards and KPI’s are achieved.
- To maintain and build positive working relationships with DAF and Fiat.
- Identify opportunities to grow business
- Set objectives and targets to achieve continual improvement
