Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading company in their search for an Engineering Team Leaderto work in their leading facility in Droitwich.
For the successful Engineering Team Leader our client is offering:- Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)
- 4 on 4 off day shifts, 7 am - 7 pm
- Permanent position
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Annual bonus of up to 10%
- Benefits package including life assurance and health care cover
- Pension matched up to 8%
The Role - Engineering Team Leader:- People management including delivery of performance reviews, development and coaching of the team
- Ensures own activities are aligned to overall business objectives and knows how current performance impacts the bottom line
- Motivation of engineering team through effective leadership and coaching and development
- Control of contractors & maintenance suppliers through performance reviews
- Support Maintenance Excellence roadmap implementation plan for site
- Adherence to planned maintenance schedules through effective resource planning
- Adequate plant cover, as required, through effective resource planning
- Undertake analysis of CMMS data to assist forward planning, opportunity for equipment improvement
- Fully support end-to-end PMS
- Review maintenance activities and identify opportunities to improve cost effectiveness
What our client is looking for in an Engineering Team Leader:- Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship - ESSENTIAL
- Experience of managing an on-site team within the FMCG environment - ESSENTIAL
- Experience in working with process equipment, P&ID's
- Must be an effective communicator with strong people skills
- Must be happy to work in a cold environment
