As a Pastoral Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students, fostering emotional well-being and social development.

• Support the overall pastoral care and welfare of students within the SEMH school community.

• Relevant experience in a similar role or a background in education, psychology, counseling, or social work.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
