Senior Scientist, Flow Cytometry

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the development of flow cytometry characterisation activities, as well as development of assays for target validation.
Required skills:
- Expertise in multiparametric flow cytometry experiments (conventional and spectral).
- NGS experience across different platforms.
- Experience doing analytical testing of final drug products.
- Proficient in cell culture, cell based assays and standard molecular biology techniques.
Desirable skills:
- Experience working with nanoparticles.
- Ability to supervise ongoing projects and offer and arrange training of junior staff.
- Knowledge of iPSCs and cell differentiation.
- TCR-seq, RNAseq, ATAC-seq.
