Job description

This well-known service provider is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales/Business Development Officer to join the team.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing market strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

The Sales/Business Development Officer will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

The company provides services to private hospitals, residential care homes, nursing homes and hospices.

You will need strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and experience in business development to be successful in this role.

Main duties include:

• Creating market strategies and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and pursue them.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Participate in local authority tenders and ensure successful tender submissions.
• Attend conferences, events, and care shows on behalf of the business to network and generate leads.
• Meet with potential clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
• Take charge and manage the company's social media platforms effectively and efficiently.
