Job Title : Data Analyst / Developer

Salary: £45,000 - £52,000

Location : Aylesbury, Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week)

Job Type: Full-time

My client is a dynamic and innovative software agency that thrives on leveraging data-driven insights to make informed business decisions. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer / Data Analyst to join their growing team and contribute to the success of their software and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimise the efficiency and quality of data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data processing applications and solutions.
• Write well-documented, clean, and efficient code for data analysis and reporting.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy, security, and availability.
• Optimise database queries and performance to enhance overall system efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Python and similar.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
