Knowledge of the people processes needed to build high performing teams. The ability to solve problems. Experience in standardising processes.

Proficient in using Microsoft office packages. Able to lead & influence Tenacious in achieving outputs against tight deadlines & targets, aware of current H&S and Environmental legislation and best practice then read on!
The Role
You will lead and direct activities of assigned Line (s) / line(s) to deliver specific goals relating to product quality, operating (unit) costs, service levels, work environment, people skills development and performance, general compliance with Company
standards and regulatory requirements. Lead the Line team to ensure they are
engaged and high performing with a focus on problem solving and teamwork. Build
trust through effective leadership, the skilled application of people management.
