Executive Assistant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high level of administration support to coordinate the calendars of her / his stakeholders and coordinates all travel arrangements, offsite meetings, and activities.
- Provide high level of administration support to the EMEA Supply Chain Leadership Team and EMEA Legal Team including but not limited to: preparing presentations, making minutes of meetings, diary management, travel, accommodation, event planning and general administration requirements.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization, internal and external.
- Manage and coordinate both internal and external company functions and events if required.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Administration or Human Resources.
- Previous relevant experience in an EA/PA or Office Manager role.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software programs.
- Effective communicator, able to builds and sustains relationships with professional maturity.
- Highly organized - ability to handle complexity, good time management and priority arrangement.
- Adaptability.
- Ethical behaviours.
- Fluent English is a must, French will be an asset.
