We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at St Marks Court Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care for residents.
- Ensuring all medical records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a doctor or according to the home's policies.
