This is a fantastic opportunity for a healthcare professional to join a forward-thinking GP Practice. The practice has a great team ethos and environment, you will work closely with a supportive clinical and non-clinical team to ensure the greatest level of patient care is delivered.

You will be act as an autonomous clinician with the support and guidance of GPs, be an Independent Non-Medical Prescriber and be registered with the NMC, GPhC or HCPC.

Salary – £35,000 – £50,000 + NHS pension + 33 days annual leave + BH pro rata

Your role –

• Experience working as a Paramedic, Adult Nurse or Pharmacist and be registered with the relevant governing body
• Support in areas such as minor illness, injury, minor ailments and acute on-the-day appointments
• Manage Long-term conditions and complex care
• Triage via AskmyGP
• Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
• Be able to work autonomously
