We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting a Vice Principal to work alongside the senior team to ensure an exceptional climate for learning to support pupil outcomes. This exciting opportunity has become available due expansion of the senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and highly effective leader to join us from September 2024 as our Vice Principal in charge of Achievement and Outcomes. You will be joining a well-led and motivated team, committed to continuous improvement.

This is an exciting time to be joining the academy as we have recently joined United Learning. This is a great opportunity to be part of this strong team as we continue to strive for excellence. 

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have a track record of high achieving and raising standards
• Have extensive experience of whole school leadership (to at least Assistant Principal level) 
• Be able to analytically and expertly use data to monitor and intervene in order to improve pupils progress over time
• Demonstrable experience of improving pupil outcomes
• Experience of having led, or significantly contributed to the success of a school through its leadership, ethos, teaching and results 
• Evidence of leadership of curriculum planning and development
