Solution Architect – Lincoln (LN6) - Perm

• Salary £39,000 to £46,000

Become the newest team member of our Electronic Warfare Operations Support Group (EWOS), which is made up of 60+ electronic warfare specialists. From all manner of backgrounds, our engineers, scientists and ex-military personnel combine their experience to help our customers achieve the true operational potential, and ultimately help keep their people and platforms safe.

This is your chance to play a valued part in supporting teams across MASS as they design, bid for, and execute complex technological projects of significant national importance. You will get technical know-how and experience working with our in-house professionals that will help you in your career.

Reporting to one of our Senior Solution Architects, this team predominantly work out of our offices in North Hykeham, and w hen project classifications allow, they accommodate a mix of office and home working. Providing you with the flexibility and teamwork that you deserve.

How you’ll support us

Building upon your experience and exploring new opportunities such as:

Essential

• Application of the Systems Engineering lifecycle and processes
• Creating technical proposals for bids
• Producing Requirements Specifications (DOORS/Enterprise Architect etc.)
• Production and review of designs and documentation
• System Testing & Acceptance (Verification & Validation)

The invaluable experience you’ll bring, to help us achieve more.

Desirable

In addition, it would be desirable to have one or more of the following skills:

• An understanding of SysML/UML modelling
• Coding Experience (e.g. MATLAB, JavaScript)
• Understanding of Electronic Warfare and Radar Systems
• Knowledge of Computer Networks and Interfaces between systems (Systems-of-Systems).

• A UK National and eligible to work in the UK
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government SC-level security clearance
