CMM Programmer, Permanent position, Salary is £45,000 - £47,000 + Benefits

Working hours are Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm, Fri 8am-1pm

With a focus on meeting internal and customer requirements for product conformance, this permanent role involves providing computerised inspection programming capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in inspection programming, comprehensive ASME Y14.5 knowledge, and proficiency in PCDmis, GOM, and Modus (REVO) programming.

This job would suit:
Individuals with a proven inspection and programming background, possessing comprehensive ASME Y14.5 knowledge. If you have experience in complex PCDmis, GOM, and Modus programming and are keen to make a difference, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of CMM/PMM programmes in PCDmis & Modus software
• Structured Light Programs and data analysis (GOM)
• Programs and methods for Programmable Inspection Instrumentation
• Compliance with ASME Y 14.5 and GDT principles
• Creation and maintenance of CMM Programs
• Inspection Planning for new/existing product
• Design of CMM fixtures and methodologies
