Position: Technical Surveyor ( IWI Department)

Location: Wales and South West

Salary: £30k - £40k (employed)

£250 day rate / £60k - £70k depending on days worked (self-employed)

Due to this fantastic growth, CES has further opportunities within our award-winning Insulation department for an IWI Technical Surveyor.

As IWI Technical Surveyor you will attend pre-arranged appointments with our customers. These will be across Wales and South West England. You will provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers in their homes and communicate how the IWI Insulation process will take place. You will accurately gather information and transfer it to the relevant teams within the IWI department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend Appointments
• Build rapport and relationships with customers
• Adhere to company procedures
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the IWI Insulation Process

Required skill set:

• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate with a good understanding of a variety of systems
• Excellent time management
• Fantastic organisation skills
• The ability to build rapport and lasting relationships
• Adaptability and Flexibility to carry out your duties
• Problem solving and establishing resolutions

Preferred skill set:

• Sales background - Field Sales, Area Sales or Business Development professionals would be ideal for this role.
• Trade background and knowledge is desirable, certainly not essential
