Regional Service Quality Manager
Salary - £50,000 per annum
Norfolk / Suffolk / Cambridgeshire
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Service Quality Manager

We are currently working with a premium care provider to find a Regional Service Quality Manager to join their team in Hertfordshire. Our client prefers to hire experienced managers; therefore, you will need to have some experience as a Regional Service Quality Manager. The role will consist of overlooking a set of homes, providing clinical and governance support to each service as well as performing audits to ensure the highest standard of care is being provided. The successful candidate will therefore need to have good knowledge of CQC compliance and clinical practices. The role will demand some travelling and overnight stays, so you will also need to be happy to travel and stay away from home when needed. The Regional Service Quality Manager role will also require someone with good experience managing Nursing Homes with a large occupancy level.

Key Requirements and Skills:
-Experience as a Regional Service Quality Manager
-Experience as a Registered Nursing Home Manager
-Strong knowledge of CQC compliance
-Clinical knowledge and skills
-Internal clinical audits
-Passionate and Approachable
-UK Driving Licence
