Job description

To operate in line with all H&S Standards and the implementation and adherence to safe working practices in accordance with legislation
Comah responsibilities as defined in the documents Management Structure & Responsibilities and General Emergency Duties
Lead the shift on day to day maintenance activity maintaining machine availability
To co-ordinate the workload and maintain planned work including PPM and improvement work
Liaise with Engineering and Projects Lead regarding Continuous Improvement and long-term projects
Maintain maintenance monitoring
Provide hands on support for shift teams
Provide consistency between shifts
Coach and Mentor maintenance Engineers to develop succession planning
Identify training requirements of maintenance team
Mentor Apprentices within the maintenance department
Sufficient competency and experience to fulfil their requirements as identified in the 'Management of Engineering Asset Integrity Policy Document'
