Senior Associate - Corporate
TSR Legal have recently been instructed by a top tier leading legal 100 firm based in Southampton who are seeking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years post qualification experience to expand the Corporate team based in Southampton. The firm already have a busy corporate commercial division, ranked in both Chambers and Legal 500, with significant international reach.
You can expect to work with national retailers, high net worth individuals, local and national businesses. The work includes private equity, joint ventures, corporate sales as well as mergers & acquisitions.
Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors with at least 5 year post qualification experience who are able to work without direct supervision and are keen to progress their legal career to a senior level.
