£40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression
This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a growing construction company that specialises in mechanical and electrical projects within the public and educational sector. With this opportunity you will have great chances for training as well as progression from Site to Project Manager.

This growing construction company specalise in mechanical and electrical construction for a range of clients within the education and public sector. They offer a range of high quality services for a diverse client base, where the consistent high quality of services has allowed them to have a busy workbook which is the reason for them looking to add to their dynamic, growing workforce with this new opportunity.
Within this role you will be expected to conduct toolbox talks where you will delegate tasks and ensure on-site personnel know what they have to do. You will be supervising and training on site staff to ensure work is being completed to a proper standard. As well as working with other departments and trades to make sure work is being completed efficiently. Finally, amongst other responsibilities setting targets and checking programs to make sure those targets are met, and work is being completed in time.
The ideal candidate will come from a mechanical or electrical background and will have an up to date CSCS, SSSTS and first aid qualification. This will be to ensure they are able to work on site and can ensure the quality of service and health and safety is high.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager from a mechanical or electrical background looking to join a company where the right candidate will be given great opportunities for training and equally a great opportunity to progress to Project Manager.
