Mechanical Design Engineer (Bespoke Projects)

£42,000 - £47,000 + Full Industry Training + Career Progression to Lead + 3x Life Insurance + Optional Overtime + 33 Days Holiday + Healthcare

Office based, Commutable from Weymouth, Dorchester, Portland and surrounding areas

Are you a highly ambitious Engineer with Mechanical Design experience looking for the opportunity to work as part of a close knit specialist team that will heavily invest your expertise, where you will work on exciting projects from concept to completion all with the future goal of further career progression?

This is a great opportunity where you will play a pivotal part in the success and implementation of highly interesting projects, alongside further training and exciting career progression.

This company have a design team of 5, and have over 40 employees combined over 20 years of being established, they have asserted themselves as an industry leader and expert.

This role will suit a Mechanical Design Engineer looking for the opportunity to work as part of a close knit specialist team that will heavily invest your expertise.

The Role:
*Creating Inventor Designs alongside occasional AutoCAD Sketches
*Working as part of a team of 5 whilst also managing some projects as a task expert
*Further technical training and scope of career progression

The Person:
*Previous background and experience within Mechanical Design
*Looking for a Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office per week
*Looking to be technically challenged within a close knit environment
