ü Analyze CI/CD technologies utilized within the engagement and develop steps & processes to improve performance and expand.

ü Establish milestones for contributions from project/ support teams/ departments and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration.

ü Assist support team members in understanding proposed solutions and resolution of identified & escalated issues.

ü Prepare specifications for proposed DevOps solutions and improvements including materials, manpower and time necessary.

ü Establish DevOps goals for all areas of a project/engagement and build plan for execution.

ü Support project management teams to monitor progress & implementation of initiatives.

ü Interface with infrastructure, database, and development personnel as required.

ü Should have prior experience in application support activities

(i.e., Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Monitoring & Reporting).

ü Prepare & maintain know-how documentation wherever applicable.

ü Automate routine tasks with software.

ü Maintain documentation / StackOverFlow.

ü Adhere to customer’s IT Support processes and Security policy

ü Experience in software engineering / developing engineering applications using Agile & Waterfall models.

ü Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.

ü Professional experience & a high-level understanding of working with Linux & Windows OS and their implications.

ü Should have Azure cloud experience.

ü Sound skills in automaton/ script development using C#, Python, PowerShell.

ü Prior experience in software for web serving, reverse proxying, caching, load balancing, media streaming, is plus (e.g., NGINX)

ü Experience with administration of GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, Rio, CI/CD (Not necessarily all of them)

ü Familiar with ServiceNow & understanding of ITIL v4 Service Lifecycle.

 

ü Ability to understand business requirements/impacts in a highly technical environment.

ü High attention to details and service minded approach.

ü Good analysis skills to aid in trouble-shooting and problem-solving.

ü Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

ü Willing to learn new DevOps tools & cross-skill across similar tools/ technologies.

üWell-versed with Onsite-Offshore execution mode
