Job Description
- LeadD NPI sourcing strategies for battery technologies and implement commodity strategies to achieve cost reduction targets.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
- Work cross functionally with teams internally to bring to life new ideas
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain.
- Oversee the inventories and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Stay updated on market trends and advancements in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A degree in Engineering with experince in NPD projects
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in supply chain software.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
