Learning Disability Nurse in Horsham area – permanent full time contract!
The Home offers specialist adult care with 24-hour nursing support. All places are for patients with learning and/or physical disabilities aged 18 to 65 years. The home is purpose-built and rooms provide track hoisting and en-suite facilities.
