Job description
We are looking for a talented and meticulous CRM Specialist to join our team. We want someone who will excel in customising, configuring, and perfecting our CRM system to enhance business processes. Effective liaison with all key stakeholders is critical, namely all CRM users, external consultants, and internal Software Developers.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming the way we use customer data; their ability to construct workflows, automations, and integration will streamline our day to day operations.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboard to empower data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Systems Manager and stakeholders to draft specifications for system requirements.
- Create and keep user guides for new feature implementations and update existing guides for system changes.
- Provide feedback and insights for ongoing system improvement.
- Stay up to date with regular updates to systems and proactively find opportunities for enhancement.
- Produce and deliver ongoing refresher training and training for new staff.
- Provide initial helpdesk support for all users across the Group.
Audits and Reporting:
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups.
- Analyse usage trends and provide information to the Systems Manager, reporting on improper system usage.
- Audit users to ensure correct system usage.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis of CRM and other AVASK Systems.
- Establish and keep controls to ensure data integrity within the CRM and other systems.
- Refer system issues to the Systems Manager and CRM Consultant when needed and monitor to resolution.
- Test configured systems pre-implementation.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate CRM and other systems with other platforms.
Key skills, knowledge and experience:
- Degree in business or information technology preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or business administration.
- Strong project management, data management and training & support skills.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office and CRM systems (knowledge of ZOHO CRM an advantage).
- Knowledge of business processes and workflows across sales, marketing, business operations, and their application in software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
