We have an opening for ahighcalibre Junior Project Manager.

This role will support ProductManagers with the successful delivery of IT initiatives to the differentBusiness Units and Supporting Functions at Ground Control. You will workclosely with the Product Team assisting them with project scheduling coordinationof delivery and reporting.

What youll achieve;

As a Junior Project Manager youwill be accountable for:

Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including engineers designers andthirdparty suppliers to develop the delivery plan for new products orenhancements to existing ones.

Developing and forecasting project time and budgets.

Ensuring project risks are registered mitigated against and stakeholders arealigned with the project scope.

Coordinating project meetings and track respective actions.

Overseeing all project related documentation and reports.

Taking responsibility for closure of the project including handover tosupport.

Who were looking for

The successful candidate will have:

Demonstrable experience of coordinating meetings tracking actions and risks.

Effective communication skills able to engage stakeholders and provide clearstatus updates.

Experience of working with crossfunctional teams within an organisation ofsimilar size to Ground Control.

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise their ownworkload.

Outcomes focused with the ability to flex solutions and approach to changingbusiness needs.

Focus on what is right not who is right.
