Job description

A client based in Kingston upon Thames is looking for a full time live in carer housekeeper and personal assistant. The client is very independent and mainly needs help with daily admin tasks while keeping their home tidy at all times.

Working hours: 5 - 7 days a week, 12 hours a day with breaks; 84 hours per week

Duties include:

• light general care duties
• admin duties/requirements such as IT skills, at the least a proficiency with email, Dropbox, MS Teams, Zoom, Whatsapp, Excel & Word
• organising meetings
• managing diary and calls, managing and writing emails, letters, and other correspondence
• making travel arrangements
• managing interviews, meetings, and other engagements
• preparing documents, keeping track of invoices & payments required, filing & ensuring the client can make them in a timely fashion
• managing medical records/appointments
• liaising with daughters
• preparing meals
• shopping when required
• doing the laundry
• keeping the home tidy

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. The ideal applicant must be available to begin on the 25th of March.
