SALARY: £33,660 per annum + Excellent Benefits LOCATION: Hybrid working from the office in Evesham, Worcestershire, West Midlands and from home - with some travel to other sites when required JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Repairs & Maintenance Customer Service Team Leader with a strong background in team leadership, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and excellent communication and database management skills. Working as the Repairs & Maintenance Customer Service Team Leader you will be at the forefront of providing an outstanding service to customers. As the Repairs & Maintenance Customer Service Team Leader you will manage the Repairs Officers, ensuring all repair requests via phone and email are handled efficiently and accurately. DUTIES Your duties as the Repairs & Maintenance Customer Service Team Leader include: • Overseeing the Repairs helpdesk, providing precise information to tenants and colleagues • Collaborate with the Complaints team to address repairs complaints, disrepairs, and compliments within deadlines • Produce and present reports on key performance areas • Manage financial aspects with contractors, ensuring a smooth process and policy adherence • Ensure team members are trained, equipped, and motivated to perform at their best CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS • Extensive experience in a team leadership role • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service • Efficient information compilation • Database management skills • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Able to navigate the challenges of a busy work environment • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure • Commitment to teamwork BENEFITS • Flexible & hybrid workingJob tags
