Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Team Manager (L3Z1) to oversee our cleaning operations. As a Cleaning Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout our facilities. This is a challenging yet impactful role that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they are following established cleaning procedures and meeting performance goals.
Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and address any areas of improvement.
Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with other department managers to address any cleaning-related issues or requests.
Maintain records and reports on cleaning activities, including performance metrics and feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or janitorial setting.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot cleanliness issues or areas for improvement.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and cleaning management software.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £19.30
