We are currently hiring Childcare Workers in Cornwall!

Role:

Job Title: Residential Childcare Worker

Salary: Up to £27,740.80 per annum (inclusive of 8 sleep ins payments per month)

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week, varied shift patterns )

Location: Truro, Cornwall

Benefits:

• Basic salary: £23,420.80 per annum
• Sleep ins paid at £45.00 per night
• £1000 Welcome Bonus, split between £500 after 1 months service and a further £500 after 6 months (passing of probation period)
• Funded qualifications: starting with working towards a funded Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare qualification. (if you do not currently hold this or equivalent)

• Completing relevant paperwork
• Undertaking household tasks
