Job Description - Audit & Accounts Senior - Bedford
- Manage and deliver audit and accounting assignments
- Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements (FRS 105 & 102)
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit and Accounts Senior should have:
- A professional qualification (ACCA/ACA) or be an experienced finalist
- Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work with a diverse range of clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
