The role
The analyst will work with the Managing Analyst to:
- Create high value content as agreed with the Chief Analyst, the Editorial Director or Events Director focusing on various key aspects of product compliance, from plastics and packaging to cosmetics, electronics and more
- Participate in conferences, training workshops, and webinars as moderator, speaker or presenter as required.
- Serve as experts for internal stakeholders and external customers
- Assist Sales and Marketing teams to market and sell the content and expertise of the regulatory and Enhesa Product team.
Job functions and responsibilities
- Research and analysis of global regulatory, scientific and technological developments concerning chemicals and chemical products, with a focus on the EU, EU member states, and non-EU countries
- Analyse global legislation and create high-value content based on the legislation (reports, guides, infographics, case studies)
- Serve as Enhesa Product's expert (speaker, moderators, etc.) at internal and external conferences, webinars and training courses, as well as answering helpdesk questions
- Provide research for the Editorial team as required
- Create high-value content to provide customers with intelligence and insights
- Meet with customers to discuss compliance issues and understand their needs
- Create training materials and/or identify speakers/ issues pertinent to the industry
- Conduct training courses based on subject matter expertise
- Assist the sales and marketing team with technical expertise
- Work collaboratively to support key internal stakeholders (Chief Analyst, Marketing/Sales, Chief Customer Officer/Editorial/Events), to deliver the shared team objectives, and to optimise the company’s overall success.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrable experience working in a similar regulatory analysis position
- Strong regulatory analysis and compliance experience in the Eurasian Economic Union, the European Union, Turkey or Balkan countries
- Attention to detail and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to train others on subject matter expertise, present at conferences or customer meetings
- Self-motivated, flexible with solid multi-tasking, time management and organisation expertise, with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
- Must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Dutch, German, Finnish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian or other Slavic languages.
