The Programme Manager holds a senior and responsible position at the centre of UAO. This role’s key responsibility will be to project manage the successful delivery of outreach programmes from UAO. The department is seeking a committed, conscientious and ambitious person who will relish the opportunity to develop and monitor outreach programmes for the UAO. The post-holder will support the programme and workstream leads to identify their expected outputs and outcomes and engage with their stakeholders and evaluators. The role will also oversee the UAO resources and budget, including working with relevant colleagues to seek new funding opportunities, and report to relevant committees and working groups. The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager, experienced in managing resources and projects, and will have a track record of supporting and developing individuals and teams to deliver required outcomes. The post holder will also have impeccable communication skills, including report writing, and be able to manage stakeholder relationships.
