We are forging a new approach to how we manage our impressive property portfolio and assets and are now looking for a Head of Property who will seize this opportunity to maximise our asset income and capital growth and provide outstanding strategic property management combined with strong oversight of our corporate and community assetsYou will champion our commitment to a greener future, manage a £22 million rental income, and drive asset management, investment, regeneration, and community asset strategies. As a key advisor to our senior leaders, you will embody the council’s commitment to agility, collaboration and innovation and your vision and drive will be instrumental in galvanizing the next stage in Watford’s property journey.
About you
As our Head of Property, you will draw upon your experience in overseeing diverse property portfolios, applying strategic financial insight, and skilfully managing complex contractual and partnership frameworks. With a natural flair for strategic thinking, leadership and strong communication skills you will deliver value with sensitivity and foresight. Your ability to nurture meaningful relationships and ensure the delivery of customer-centric services will resonate deeply within our dynamic environment, perfectly aligning with the council's vision for creativity and a sustainable future.
