Position: Duty Manager
Salary: £28k -£33k (depends on experience)

Location:Reading

A private members club is looking for a junior supervisor to join the team and help the manager with providing guests an amazing experience.
This location is a home from home for the distinguished rowers all year round. Visitors to the Clubhouse enjoy the best drinking and dining view from the elegant bar and outside on the riverside decking. Our friendly staff organize regular social events and fitness classes. The sites excellent chefs provide a tantalizing menu that keeps members coming back with their guest's time and again!
Duties include: helping run the front of house team and junior managers
Providing amazing guest experience
Supporting the team and running of the bar
Helping deal with complaints and resolve issue in a professional manner
What you bring : experience FOH in similar establishments
A warm and friendly personality
The ability to work alongside the team.
