The Role - Mentor
I am recruiting for a Mentor to work 1:1 with a child in KS4 who has SEMH and can exhibit some challenging behaviour. As a Mentor you will support your key student in and out of the classroom working under the direction of the class teacher. This role will requires a strong resilient professional who can remain calm in challenging situations you must have strong behaviour management skills with the ability to build rapport with young people, someone with a sports background will be perfect.
The school - Mentor
This SEMH School provides a high standard of education to children in KS3 and KS4 who have SEMH. They have a great SLT who provides staff with the correct training and resources to ensure that children are reaching their full potential. They are located a short distance from the nearest station and also have onsite parking for staff.
