Interiors Team Member

Daylesford Organic Farm

Full time I 32 hours Per week

£10.75ph

Our Daylesford family is growing, and we are looking for an engaging and passionate Interiors Team Member to join us in our Interiors department at our Farm store at Daylesford.

Ideally, we would be looking for candidates that are flexible to work shifts and Monday to Wednesday and Saturday - Sunday as well as help cover occasional holiday days.

About you

As a Interior Teams Member for the Interiors Department, you will need to be passionate about Daylesford products and the ethos behind them. You will be eager to learn, willing to work as part of a team and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.

Your communication skills will be first class and you'll enjoy interacting with customers. We’ll share our knowledge with you about our seasonal and organic produce and our ethical and sustainable farming practices, so you can share it with our customers.

It would be advantageous that you have knowledge of antiques and furniture/interiors, however, full training will be given.

Main responsibilities

Share and deliver an amazing experience to our customers
Actively drive basket spending in retail to meet and exceed weekly sales incentive targets
Be a part of a team to deliver installations and events
Be willing to learn and share your knowledge with others
Ensure all work areas are clean and tidy
Comply with the store's internal audit requirements
Maintain all Homeware merchandising and stock levels
