Pay : £80 - £100 per day, or subject to experience

Job Description:

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and making a difference in the lives of teenagers? We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary School in Stockport. If you have experience in a similar role working with children and possess the energy and outgoing personality needed to engage with a tricky class, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Help, manage, and engage tricky classes, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere
• Foster a safe and supportive learning environment
• Build positive relationships with both students and parents

Qualifications and Experience:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or with Child-based experience
• A good understanding of the UK Schools curriculum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A commitment to the educational and social development of young children
• Enhanced DBS, or willingness to undergo the check
